Cream undyed merino wool, blended with a curated mix of fabric, thread and yarn scraps.
Semi-woollen spun from a carded batt. The wool in this yarn is undyed and soft, with a medium staple length to resist pilling. The finished yarn has been lightly fulled (or felted) to help secure the scraps into the yarn. Due to the nature of scrap yarn, this is recommended for items with very light wear and tear to minimise loss of the added scraps. Knitting, crocheting or weaving this yarn may cause some scraps to come out, but will make the rest of the scraps more secure in the finished piece.
Sold as a set of two skeins. Storing in skeins minimises the tension on the yarn strand, which means they stay bouncy! Wind into balls when you are ready to make your project.
This yarn has been gently hand washed in eco-friendly wool wash and stored in a climate controlled environment in a sealed tub. Please treat your finished piece with similar care to avoid felting and moth holes!
